In 2003 I would return to school for my Master in Social Work. At that time, I was in a serious relationship with the person who was the love of my life. He was a Social Worker, a devoted dad, and was open to starting a journey together that involved studying philosophy! I am so grateful for the year and a half of study that I devoted to philosophy while continuing my education and training in Social Work- I think both areas of study have prepared me well in being of service to others as well as living the best life possible.
