Thoughtful Thursday: Practical Kindness and What It Means For Your Business; Exploring "Enchantment" As A Tool For A Better You, A Better Business, and A Better Way To Relate with Others

Part of my mission in life is to share practical ways we can be kind and act with authentic compassion in our day to day lives as well as when presented with unique challenges or events that can be very troubling.  This post is a food for thought.  I found the work of Guy Kawasaki and thought- he is techy who is teaching a systematic way to be authentically kind (he calls his process "Enchantment") as it relates to running a business, working with employees and managers, and building something bigger for oneself.  And this is exactly why I wanted to share his two infographics from his blog.  Maybe it will help you find a new way to deal with a person in your life, maybe it will be the answer to how you would like to move forward in your business, or maybe it will just make you think twice about what kind of smile you are sharing with others- a real one or fake one, and what that means for you!
